How Order Tracking Works

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking details may become available through the order confirmation or shipping confirmation process. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

When Tracking Information Becomes Available

Tracking data may take time to activate after a label has been created or after the shipment has been scanned by the carrier. During high-volume periods, weekends, or holidays, update delays may occur.

If your order was placed recently, it may still be in processing and not yet ready for live carrier tracking.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but the package has not been found, please first check around the delivery area, with household members, building staff, or neighbors where applicable. Carrier delivery scans may sometimes be marked early.
